Payment, cancellation and returns

Payment options

We will require payment in advance for your orders.  If you are ordering large furniture or a number of items, you will be able to check out, but we will need to contact you to confirm the cost of delivery.  Please check our delivery outline for more information.

Cancellations & Returns

We have gone to great lengths to ensure you have every opportunity to understand the style, finish, size and delivery requirement for your pieces.  We also offer the opportunity to visualise it in your setting, so we hope we can avoid any disappointment.  Where relevant, your input into the finish of your item makes your order a bespoke item for you.  Therefore, it is not possible to return your item unless there is a fault or damage as stated above. 

We do offer a cooling off period of 2 days following order to cancel your order if you change your mind.  Should you wish to cancel within this period, please contact us as soon as possible on or 01827 64352.  Once you receive notification that your product is in manufacture, we are not obliged to cancel your order.  If it is viable take your item back into stock, we will discuss this and related charges with you but please understand this is totally at our discretion.

Once it is being made, it is best to assume it is no longer possible to cancel your order so please do take every opportunity we offer to make sure the piece is right for you.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your product or service with us, please do let us know.  Firstly, please call us on 01827 65352 and tell us what the problem is.  One of our team will do whatever they can to sort the issue out and explain your options if we are not able to resolve immediately.
